1 General Information

We have therefore designed our website and our business processes in such a way that as little personal data as possible is collected and processed. 2 Server Logs

When visiting our website, our web server, like any other web server, stores standardized information in a log file about your device and the used browser. We process this data in order to analyze errors on our server and attempts of misuse. More precisely: the IP address, the specific address of the page visited by you, if applicable the page from which you reached us (link source), the transmitted identification of the browser and system date and time of the page visit are collected. We are not able to link this data to a person unless you provide more information about yourself in one of the provided forms (e.g. newsletter subscription form). Even in these cases, we store the data in separate systems and only merge them in exceptional cases (attempted misuse). The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest.

3 Technical provisioning – Cookies

„Cookies” are used on our site. These simplify and accelerate the provisioning of our website to you or are necessary to enable you to use our website. 4 Retargeting & Display Advertising

On our website, we use retargeting technology. We use retargeting to categorize website visitors into user groups. Depending on the respective user group, we forward website visitors on specific pages of our website or to application logic providing personalized advertising about our products and services. 4.1 Google AdWords User Lists / Google Dynamic Remarketing

Google AdWords User Lists and Google Dynamic Remarketing are products of Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4. Ireland („Google“). Our website uses a pixel, which establishes a direct connection to the Google servers. The Google server receives information about your visit on our website.  Google links this information to a unique ID that is stored on your device in the form of a cookie or provided by your device (“advertising ID” on smartphones). If you visit other websites that also use Google AdWords User Lists / Google Dynamic Remarketing this information will also be linked with your unique ID. However, we do not know which other websites you visit.

5 Statistical analysis – tracking

We use tracking technology on our website to measure, evaluate and optimize our website content. To protect our users and partners, we can also identify and defend ourselves against fraud and other security risks. The legal basis for this data processing is our legitimate interest.

5.1 Google Analytics / DoubleClick

We use Google Analytics and DoubleClick, web analysis services by Google Ireland Ltd, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4 Ireland (“Google”). The protection of your data is important to us. Therefore, we have configured Google Analytics to use the configuration parameter “anonymizeIp”. By this, your IP address will be shortened and never fully processed. We therefore process your personal usage data anonymously in Google Analytics. All other data will only be processed in a pseudonymized way. This prevents us to derive any conclusions about your identity.

5.2 intelliAd

We use intelliAd for web analysis, a service of intelliAd Media GmbH, Sendlinger Str. 7, 80331 Munich, Germany (“intelliAd”) using cookie technology. Your data will only be processed in a pseudonymized way. This prevents us to personally identify you.

5.3 Trusted Shops

We use Trusted Shops Analytics for web analysis, a service of  Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Straße 15c, 50823 Cologne, Germany („Trusted Shops“) using cookie technology. Your data will only be processed a pseudonymized way. This prevents us to personally identify you.

If you have given your consent during the ordering process, Trusted Shops will contact you via email after completion of your order process and enable you to review the ordering process. You can decline the processing of your data for this purpose at any time with effect for the future.

5.4 Affiliate tracking

We place advertisements that are delivered via various online advertising networks. If you reach our website by clicking on an advertisement, we record this for evaluation of the range of our advertisement efforts and for billing with our advertising partners.

Privacy Policy for BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard

With BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard, you can use our email identity scanner to scan your digital identities for identity fraud and misuse.

BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard contains several components in which we process personal data. Detailed information about individual modules can be found below:

Email Identity Scan

BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard performs email identity scans to identify stolen and misused digital identities. For this purpose, we process unique identifiers (GUID, IP address, random ID) and email identities that are configured within the application. The processing of this data will be carried out to fulfil our contract with you regarding the use of BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard. We also use this data for statistical analysis of misused and stolen email identities and their spread.

App registration

If you decide to purchase a license for BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard, we will ask you for your name, address and contact address (email) to complete the license registration. We use this information to activate your license and ensure proper licensing of our application. This data is processed in order to fulfil our contract with you regarding the use of BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard.

Updates

BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard performs regular program updates to maintain up to date protection. We process your IP address and the information provided at registration to verify your license status. This data is processed in order to fulfil our contract with you regarding the use of BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard.

Crash reports

If BULIDSEC Email Identity Guard is unexpectedly terminated, you may consent to send us a crash report. We will ask you each time if you would like to send a report. In addition to information on the cause of the crash, we collect data to identify your device. We process these data for quality assurance purposes.
